Since seeing Memphis in 2011, I have LOVED James Monroe Iglehart. His humour, voice, acting style and of course - how this living teddy bear can do the splits ON STAGE!

When you've been to many shows, you have MANY stories to tell! Not just of the amazing or 'goodish' show you saw, but interactions with audience members. In no particular order, here are my experiences! I feel that you can relate to most!

Well readers, your Canadian gal made a trip to the Big Apple the week of the election! I don't know how to describe my 10000th trip - wonderful! No, 'S'wonderful! Not only were we in the midst of the election, we were surrounded by Broadway greatness everywhere we went! Here are my Top Five Broadway moments!

BroadwayHD made an announcement last year that they would begin to stream live performances of professional productions from all over - Broadway, West End, you name it.

National tours are a beautiful, wonderful thing. They bring Broadway plays and musicals around North America so those who cannot afford to visit New York City or missed the show before it closed have a chance to live through Broadway magic. In Canada, the only regions that have touring productions visit on a regular basis are Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, Ontario and Edmonton. The rest of Canada may have productions stop by every so often, but it isn't enough!

On June 1st, I saw DIRTY DANCING LIVE at Place des Arts in Montreal, Quebec. From being a fan of the movie at fourteen, I was thrilled when I heard of the live stage show. After checking tour dates constantly for years, I finally discovered I would be in Montreal the same time as the show!
