Melbourne Shakespeare Company will return to the Rose Garden this December, revitalising one of Shakespeare's rarely produced comedies; The Merchant of Venice. This innovative reimaging combines the rich language of the iconic play with the vibrant energy of musical theatre, and is guaranteed to dazzle audiences with a hilarious and unforgettable experience.
Performance Times: 7pm daily, with additional 3pm performances on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Merchant of Venice is suitable for audiences of all ages and guests are encouraged to pack a picnic - join us & enjoy the sunshine! Seating is provided at the venue and protective sun wear is recommended for matinee performances.
