The Big HOO-HAA! Melbourne Presents DANGER HOUR, 29 March-20 April

By:

The Big HOO-HAA! Melbourne returns with a brand new, action-packed comedy show filled with the most daring, risky and dangerous improvisation to have ever leapt across the stage. Nothing like this has been seen on a stage in the Comedy Festival and it may never again!

Each night two teams risk life and limb, throwing fate to the wind, by playing the most extreme and sadistic impro games ever created. Whether it's Bucket of Death, Slap to Talk or Mousetrap, Australia's wittiest and most hilarious improvisers battle it out, armed with only audience suggestions and their comedy chops, creating slick, clever and hilarious scenes faster than you can say, "THAT'S A REAL KNIFE!"

The Big HOO-HAA! Melbourne's regular weekly show, Thursdays, at The Portland Hotel, has audiences howling with laughter every week with its unique blend of high-energy improvised comedy, storytelling and one-liners. These fearless comedians use their wit, humour and bad mime skills to create a brand new and brilliantly different show each and every night.

This year they set the Butterfly Club alight with impro comedy so hot you could cook marshmallows on it. No joke will go undelivered and no pun unpunished in this epic dash for impro comedy glory. This is Danger Hour!

Performances run 29 March - 20 April (Saturday and Sunday only). Tickets are $23 (full), $20 (concession). Showtimes are Saturdays 10:30pm and Sundays 9.30pm. To reserve tickets visit thebutterflyclub.com, phone 9663 8107 or purchase at the door. For more information visit www.hoohaamelbourne.com.au.
