QV Melbourne's FRESH / TAKE Brings Spring to the City
By: BWW News Desk Sep. 18, 2017

QV Melbourne is celebrating spring in the city with Fresh / Take, a program of events that offers a new approach to wellness, living and thinking. Fresh / Take launched on Friday 15 September and runs for two weeks, closing with a public holiday party on 29 September.
The QV Square will transform into a spring garden with fresh events and workshops such as guided meditations, silent discos, hula hoop classes, massage yoga and a Sunday Picnic with fresh tunes from a critically lauded music artist. All events and workshops are free or gold coin donation. Relax from the working week with the best new invention since...well, yoga. It's massage yoga. Seriously. What's a better way to relax than yoga? Getting massaged, while doing yoga (floor-based positions only of course, with dreamy essential oils wafting over your face). The wonderful people from Massage Yoga are offering a range of free twenty-minute sessions in the QV Square. Times vary, book via the QV website.Fresh / Take is the latest offering in QV Melbourne's Laneway Series: a seasonal program of eclectic interactive outdoor events, festivals and activations in the QV Square and surrounding laneways. Stay tuned for more events to be announced. Worlds apart from other retail precincts in Melbourne, QV represents the quintessential Melbourne lifestyle. Intimate laneways in the urban precinct give visitors the freedom to wander and discover the eclectic mix of shops, cafes and restaurants at their own pace. Located on the corner of Lonsdale and Swanston Streets, QV has something for everyone with boutiques, enlightening entertainment and cosmopolitan bars and restaurants.
