Music By The Sea Presents Unsung Heroes 4/18

Music By The Sea presents a top Brisbane folk band - Unsung Heroes - a folk band that prides itself by performing their original songs. All songs are written by the band leader, Sue Wighton. The songs have an Australian flavour, some with deep historical significance and others are just simply fun songs. All members are seasoned accomplished musicians in their own right.

An evening that guarantees a dynamic, fun, folky, heartfelt performance – a unique show you won’t forget.

Their recent CD, Sparkes Hill  has enjoyed airplay on regional ABC radio. Now held in the National Film & Sound Archive Canberra

Unsung Heroes are: Sue Wighton (vocals), Ian Dodd (mandolin), John Barton (bass), and Luke Moller (fiddle).

This event will take place at Sandgate Town Hall on 18 April at 7:30 pm. Tickets at the door cost $20/$15 concession.
