BI-CYCLE I Comes to The Butterfly Club

Whether you're a gym junkie or a spin class flunkie, there is something in Bi-Cycle for you. This is a hit theatrical show in the making from Sam Anderson (Underbelly, Netflix's Drown) that brings abdominal crunching comedy to the stage for 50 minutes of sweat, soul-searching and fun.

Bi-Cycle serves anyone who's laughed out loud in a fitness class, it's for the cardio obsessed and couch potatoes. It's for humans who are trying to find what they're looking for. Set in a shiny boutique gym environment, the chiseled and imperfect instructor has a sense of soul, albeit one that has dieted fast and self-destructively, following every single fad from hi-protein to low carb and back again!

Best described as soulful, sweaty and fun, this fourth-wall-shattering solo performance tells the story of one of the most unique and damaged motivational characters to hit the Melbourne stage. After smash-hit seasons in Sydney and Adelaide Fringe 2018, Bi-Cycle is finally ready to raise the heart-rate of Anderson's hometown, Melbourne.

For adolescents to adults, 16-86 years old, who's ever felt on the outer, confused about identity, didn't fit into a box and attempted to find their soul through fitness!
