BEAU HEARTBREAKER to Play Final Melbourne Show, June 14 at The Butterfly Club

The Butterfly Club are proud to present the final performance of Selina Jenkins' 2015 MICF show as Beau Heartbreaker. The multi-award winning and critically lauded production has toured the world extensively, and this will be the last chance to catch it before Selina and Beau go to ground to work on a new show.

After touring extensively throughout 2014, Beau's self titled show has received awards, rave reviews and standing ovations from both national and international audiences, including 5 Stars in Indianapolis.

For the uninitiated, Beau Heartbreaker is a sight to behold. Neither caricature, nor parody -- it is the genuine and surprisingly touching story of a generational Australian dairy farmer's travels and experiences. Audiences are treated to a suite of exquisite original music interspersed with hilarious anecdotes and unexpected revelations.

Selina Jenkins is a 2014 Green Room Award nominee, and winner of Best Cabaret awards at the Melbourne and Adelaide Fringe Festivals. She is a seasoned performer with astonishing vocal ability, depth, and sincerity, which is no small feat for a woman in a beard.

The final encore performance of the self-titled production Beau Heartbreaker is on Sunday the 14th of June at 8pm. Bookings highly recommended.
