Australian Premiere of CURIOUS INCIDENT... Extended Due To Popular Demand

Due to unprecedented demand, the Australian premiere season of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time has now been extended until Sunday 25 February.

Tickets for these final performances are on sale from 10am today and will be the last chance for audiences to secure tickets to this hotly anticipated show. No further extensions are possible.

Opening exclusively in Melbourne on Saturday 13 January, this global theatrical phenomenon has sold over 30,000 tickets to date, making it the fastest selling and most popular production of Melbourne Theatre Company's Season 2018.

After years of planning to get Curious Incident to Melbourne we are over the moon that audiences are as excited as we are for this spectacular production. Featuring remarkable staging, this ground-breaking production from London's National Theatre is performed by a full UK cast who arrive in Melbourne after lauded seasons in Amsterdam and Toronto. Curious Incident will then tour to Hong Kong and Singapore at the end of its Melbourne run.

Adapted by Simon Stephens from Mark Haddon's international best-selling novel, Curious Incident's mesmerising combination of storytelling and spectacle is ingeniously brought to life by award-winning director Marianne Elliott (War Horse).

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is co-presented by Melbourne Theatre Company and Arts Centre Melbourne.

The season runs from 11 January at Arts Centre Melbourne, Playhouse and must close on 25 February. The opening night will be held on Saturday 13 January.
