Texas Performing Arts continues to present world-class performances to the University of Texas at Austin and Central Texas audiences with the unveiling of the 2014-2015 season. This season highlights talent from around the world in a diverse mix of music, theatre, dance, and conversation.

The 2014-2015 Season features first-ever TPA performances by pioneering a cappella ensemble, the Swingle Singers, and a performance project featuring Stewart Copeland, drummer for the band The Police, and Texas-based pianist Jon Kimura Parker. Return engagements include dance favorites, Martha Graham Dance Company and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, command performances by spectacular organist Cameron Carpenter, and the incomparable Max Raabe and his Palast Orchester. The season also highlights two of Austin's most prominent arts organizations, Conspirare and Austin Classical Guitar, in an unprecedented performance collaboration of new work by composer Nico Muhly.

"Texas Performing Arts continues to strengthen our role as a cultural leader in the UT and Central Texas community," says Texas Performing Arts Director and Associate Dean Kathy Panoff. "I am especially proud to continue presenting important interdisciplinary performances that bring together the worlds most innovative and talented artists for the enjoyment of our audiences."
