Imagine finding the most perfect man in the world- muscular, beautiful, nearly-naked and standing on a street corner in New Orleans' French Quarter. Add to the scenario two drag queens, a prostitute, a senile neighbor, a murder mystery and you've got Mr. Universe. Jim's play weaves a funny, nefarious southern-gothic tale about beauty, truth and self-identity in the idealistic pursuit of normality and perfection.
