Good morning, BroadwayWorld! Because we know all our readers eat, sleep and breathe Broadway, what could be better than waking up to it? Today's big news: the 2014 Drama League Awards and the New York Drama Critics' Circle Awards are today, plus FLY BY NIGHT begins previews off-Broadway!

THIS WEEKEND'S TOP ITEMS:

WHAT YOU MISSED YESTERDAY:

Broadway Weather Forecast: Rain all day today. But there's good news! Saturday sees some sun with a high of 74. No rain in the plans for Sunday, either.

Quote of the Day: Be where you want to be!

"Life is like a theatre, but the question is not whether you are in the audience or on the stage but rather, are you where you want to be?"
-- A.B. Potts (via Goodreads)

What we're looking forward to: Kenneth Branagh's live-action CINDERELLA, starring Lily James in the title role. Disney just released the poster art and a quick teaser, and it's making us wish it were next spring instead of this one! Fairytales are in vogue, and we hope the trend sticks around...

And finally a Happy Birthday shout-out to Debra Winger, who turns 59 today! Winger starred opposite Patti LuPone in David Mamet's The Anarchist on Broadway in 2012. She will next appear on the big screen in Boychoir. Her recent film credits include The Being Experience, Lola Versus, Rachel Getting Married and the TV series In Treatment.

See you bright and early on Monday, BroadwayWorld!
