Just over a year ago, Jak Malone took the stage at the Royal Albert Hall to accept an Olivier Award for his outstanding performance in Operation Mincemeat. That outstanding performance is now on display on Broadway and it has earned him a Tony nomination!
"I didn't know that the Broadway community was going to be so generous, so warm, so open. Everybody is happy to give you their time. Everybody wants to go for coffee! I didn't know it was going to be like this," he told BroadwayWorld's Richard Ridge. "Because everyone is working at such a high level, I wondered whether everyone would be more serious and focused. It's truly not like that. It is a Community."
