Last night on NBC's The Voice, the top three contestants from each team performed, and after the show, America voted on who to keep and who to boot off. So tonight, Carson Daly revealed The Voice Season 3's Top Ten! But of course he didn't do it at the beginning, because that would ruin the point. So all twelve of the contestants from Teams CeeLo Green, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Christina Aguilera came out tonight to find out their fate.

The evening opened with Christina and CeeLo singing her new song, "Make the World Move," in some crazy outfits, including, of course, some bad-awesome wigs. Everytime Christina moved, it looked like she was just about to have a wardrobe malfunction.

This was followed by a quick Q&A with the coaches by host Carson Daly. Regarding this round being left completely up to America, giving the coaches no chances to save their favorites, Adam said, "I think it sucks! It’s tough to relinquish control and put it into the hands of the country. It’s a double-edged sword, good and bad." CeeLo picked his favorites, saying, "I love Terry, I love Dez, I love Nicholas, and Trevin," only the latter two are part of his team, by the way.

The contestants also got to talk about their experience with becoming famous, telling stories of awkward fan encounters, marriage proposals, as well as sweet fans.

After all of this chit-chat, Carson got down to business and went ahead and told Adam's Bryan Keith and Christina's Sylvia Yacoub that they were safe for another week.

Country star Jason Aldean took the stage to sing, “The Only Way I Know,” with Bryan Keith and Dez Duron joining him.

Team CeeLo’s Nicholas David was the next one to get assurance of his safety on the show, followed by Dez Duron from Christina’s team, to no one's surprise. Nonetheless, when his name was announced, every girl in the audience exploaded into hysterical and overjoyed screams. Judging from his extreme fan base, it seems unlikely that this favorite will be booted off before the final five, and that is an official prediction.

CeeLo and his guys Trevin Hunte, Nicholas David, and Cody Belew sang “Stayin’ Alive,” with CeeLo in an outrageous Elvis wig, and Trevin had an afro wig. These guys just looked like they were having a great time, especially Nicholas, with assurance that America wanted him back next week.

CeeLo was clearly really excited when Trevin was listed as one of the safe contestants. Bless his heart, Trevin looked so incredibly nervous, so it was good for him to go ahead and have his worries eased. Cassadee Pope from Team Blake was another one who was told she would be returning next week.

After so much nerve-wracking tension, Blake's team, Cassadee, Terry, and Michaela, took a break and sang “Life is a Highway” with their coach.

But then it was back to the serious business: from Team Blake, Terry McDermott advanced, as did Amanda Brown from Team Adam.

Carson stumbled over his words and had difficulty articulating compliments to some of the unique singers as he interviewed them about the impact their coaches had made on them. The consensus was that the coaches are awesome. Of course. They also reflected on last night's performances, which was interesting to hear.

Finally, it was down to the last four: Cody Belew from Team CeeLo, Melanie Martinez from Team Adam, Michaela Paige from Team Blake, and Adriana Louise from Team Christina. One from each team, interestingly enough. So much to CeeLo's obvious surprise, Cody Belew was declared safe, as was the unique Melanie Martinez, who has always seemed like one of Adam's favorites. That left Michaela and Adriana to go home. It was a very tearful post-elimination interview for them, but they handled it well under the circumstances. And then there were ten.

With that, all of The Voice Season 3's Top Ten were selected! Out of those, all five of Ginge's Picks from last night advanced, much to my excitement.

Tune in next Monday at 8/7c on NBC to watch the Top Ten take the stage!
