"New York City, the center for the arts and the cultural institution of the world, and yet Time Warner Cable (TWC) wants to deprive its customers from the Ovation Channel, the only network in the country dedicated to the arts and culture. Ovation provides access to culturally enrich programming that inspires creativity, enhances our knowledge, and stimulates different forms of expression, especially in our children. I urge TWC to hear our pleads and keep Ovation on air," said Council Member Robert Jackson.
