Mary Tyler Moore and Bernadette Peters will once again co-host the 15th annual BROADWAY BARKS, a star-studded dog and cat adoption event benefiting New York City animal shelters and adoption agencies. This year's event will take place on Saturday, July 13 in Broadway's Shubert Alley.

On this morning's The View on ABC, Peters introduced some adorable puppies that will be up for adoption at this year's BROADWAY BARKS event. Check out the appearance below!

Produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, sponsored by the ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and additional sponsorship by The New York Times, BROADWAY BARKS will take place on Saturday, July 13 in Shubert Alley, the heart of the Broadway Theater District (located between 44th and 45th Streets, between Broadway and Eighth Avenues). The festivities will begin at 3:30 p.m.; celebrity presentations of pets from animal shelters citywide will take place between 5-6:30 p.m. This year, BROADWAY BARKS will open the show with a performance from JERSEY BOYS followed by the Broadway debut of many adoptable animals presented by stars from this season's "hottest" shows.

Marking its 15th anniversary of the organization, BROADWAY BARKS will once again help hundreds of NYC's shelter animals find permanent homes by informing New Yorkers about the plight of the thousands of homeless dogs and cats in the metropolitan area.

Joining Moore and Peters on stage to present the animals are:

Annaleigh Ashford (Kinky Boots), Matt Bogart (Jersey Boys), Charl Brown (Motown The Musical), Bertie Carvel (Matilda The Musical), Bryan Terrell Clark (Motown The Musical), Victoria Clark (Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella), Lilla Crawford (Annie), Robert Cuccioli (Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark), Charlotte d'Amboise (Pippin), Brandon Victor Dixon (Motown The Musical), John Dossett (Newsies), Gabriel Ebert (Matilda The Musical), Harvey Fierstein (Kinky Boots), Drew Gehling (Jersey Boys), Sophia Gennusa (Matilda The Musical), Ann Harada (Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella), Morgan James (Motown The Musical), Andy Karl (Jersey Boys), Isabel Keating (Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark), Oona Laurence (Matilda The Musical), Valisia LeKae (Motown The Musical), Terrence Mann (Pippin), Lesli Margherita (Matilda The Musical), Andrea Martin (Pippin), Judy McLane (Mamma Mia), Michael Mulheren (Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark), Bebe Neuwirth, Laura Osnes (Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella), David Hyde Pierce (Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike), Billy Porter (Kinky Boots), Andrew Rannells, Bailey Ryon (Matilda The Musical), Stark Sands (Kinky Boots), Milly Shapiro (Matilda The Musical), Matthew James Thomas (Pippin), Clarke Thorell (Annie), Michael Urie (Buyer & Cellar), Lauren Ward (Matilda The Musical) and Sigourney Weaver (Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike).

"The ASPCA is proud to sponsor BROADWAY BARKS as it celebrates 15 years of showcasing rescued cats and dogs," said Matt Bershadker, president and CEO of the ASPCA. "This event clearly highlights the joys that animals have to offer, but it's important that we not forget the larger issue of animal homelessness in this city, where thousands of animals are still at risk each year. This event reminds potential pet owners to make pet adoption their first option."

"Since 2003, the lives of more than 237,000 dogs and cats have been saved through the combined efforts of the Alliance Participating Organizations, many of which, including Animal Care & Control of NYC, have participated in BROADWAY BARKS over the years," said Jane Hoffman, president of the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals. "This spirit of a collaborative community, manifested so clearly in BROADWAY BARKS, is moving us closer to the day when no NYC dog or cat of reasonable health and temperament will be killed simply because we do not have a home for them. We congratulate Bernadette Peters and Mary Tyler Moore for 15 brilliant years of saving lives through BROADWAY BARKS."

BROADWAY BARKS will feature adoptable animals from the following NYC animal shelters and adoption agencies: ASPCA, Abandoned Angels Cocker Spaniel Rescue, Adopt a Boxer Rescue, Animal Care and Control of NYC (AC&C), Animal Haven, Anjellicle Cats Rescue, Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF), BARC (Brooklyn Animal Resource Coalition), Bideawee, Bobbi & the Strays, City Critters, Humane Society of New York (HSNY), Husky House, KittyKind, Loving Touch Animal Center, Manhattan Valley Cat Rescue, Metropolitan Maltese Rescue, Mid Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League, NY Pet-I-Care, PetResQ, P.L.U.T.O.
