Broadway fans have known about her talent for years, but now the entire world is aware of just how special Ariana Grande is, and today she drew enormous crowds to Rockefeller Plaza as part of the TODAY SHOW's Summer Concert Series. In the videos below, the pint-sized Grande chats with Matt Lauer, performs her hit "Problems," has a special message for her fans, sings "Bang...Bang," and has a dance party with Al Roker after trying to steal his job (prepare yourself for that one).
