Two New Chefs Bring Life Experiences to Thyme for You, LLC

The talented team of personal chefs at Thyme for You, LLC (www.thymeforyou.com), a personal chef company that services Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard Counties, as well as Baltimore City, is known for the diverse backgrounds of the chefs who are often paired with clients who share common goals and approach to food. Thyme for You, LLC, which prepares entrées that are high quality, nutritionally balanced, tastefully pleasing and incredibly convenient, has recently added two new stars to its lineup, both offering different life experiences that will benefit clients. Beth Andresini, owner of Thyme for You, LLC, recently announced the addition of two new chefs to the company - Bonnie Matthews and Walt Neboshynsky.

Bonnie Matthews brings an amazing life-changing experience to her work, as at age 44, she decided to take control of her health and changed her diet and started exercising to lose weight and lower her cholesterol and blood pressure. The result was a staggering weight loss of 130 pounds, and Matthews is now a "Wellness Warrior" on "The Dr. Oz Show" where she brings her story, tips and recipe ideas to America via a blog and appearances on the show. Now, Matthews can take what she learned and help others lose weight and become healthier as a personal chef with Thyme for You, LLC. Matthews is also a children's illustrator and worked for Harper & Rowe.

"It is my sincere hope and strong desire that my personal triumph will inspire others to take the first step on their own journey to a healthier and more fulfilled life. This is my mission to help others believe in themselves," says Matthews.

Walt Neboshynsky is a lifelong military man - he retired in 1994 as a Navy Lieutenant Commander, and as a pilot, he flew the P-3 Orion. The Naval Academy graduate has visited every continent except Antarctica and was stationed in Florida, Texas, Maryland, Pennsylvania, California, Hawaii, Maine, North Carolina and South Carolina. All along, though, he had another passion - cooking - but don't expect "mess hall" type food from Neboshynsky at Thyme for You, LLC. The father of four, grandfather of four and graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, however, will bring his unique background and international travel experiences to the table. The York, Pa., resident also expands Thyme for You's reach beyond the Baltimore metro area.

Both Matthews and Neboshynsky are part of a team of chefs at Thyme for You, LLC that includes a chef that grew up on a farm and one who grew up in the restaurant business, as well as a former website developer, a MBA graduate and a chef for professional athletes, all of who bring a unique approach to cooking.
