Seeking the following:
Mervin Oglethorpe-pastor of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, late 20sBurl Sanders-father, late 40s (actor/singer and if possible-play guitar (not required)
Vera-mother, mid 40s (actress/singer and if possible-play piano (not required)
Stanley-uncle, late 40s (actor/singer and if possible-play bass (not required)
Dennis-twin, 17 (actor/singer and if possible-play guitar, fiddle or banjo (not required)
Denise-twin, 17 (actress/singer and if possible-play guitar, fiddle, or banjo (not required)
June-sister, 23 (actress/singer/plays hand held percussion instruments, i.e. triangle, tambourine)The acting style is naturalistic. These characters are not Southern caricatures or religious buffoons: they are real people.Directed by Corey Mitchell
