The Drawing Center is pleased to announce the selected artists for Open Sessions, its two-year program open to artists working in a variety of disciplines.

Participating artists cooperatively organize most activities with the Open Sessions curators, including exhibitions in The Drawing Center's Lab gallery and other venues, as well as public programs, studio visits, and informal gatherings.

The Drawing Center, a museum in Manhattan's SoHo district, explores the medium of drawing as primary, dynamic, and relevant to contemporary culture, the future of art and creative thought. Its activities, which are both multidisciplinary and broadly historical, include exhibitions; Open Sessions, a curated artist program encouraging community and collaboration; the Drawing Papers publication series; and education and public programs.

Located at 35 Wooster Street (btwn Broome and Grand St) in SoHo, New York, The Drawing Center is open Wednesday-Sunday: 12pm-6pm and Thursday: 12pm-8pm. Tickets: Adults: $5; Students & Seniors: $3; Children under 12: Free; Thursdays 6-8pm free admission for all visitors. The Drawing Center is wheelchair accessible.
