This work will be staged after the great success it has had in Italy. The show has been staged 250 times, with many sold out and more than 50.000 total spectators. It talks about Joe and his adventures. Joe is a citizen of Bari who has chosen to go living in a new continent to follow his dream of becoming a great actor. Apuglia's customs and traditions are ironically rappresented in different contests such as the "Big apple".

"The protagonist - explains Colajemma - is a dreamer, who moves to New York, a magical city, which can make your dreams come true. During the first months of his new life he goes through many funny episodes".

In this route to achieve his goal, Joe Colella meets a serius of characters, such as his room mates and his neighbors, all wanting to be successfull. There is Dudù, an eccentric boy of dubious sexuality, the homeowner Sandra, a middle aged woman extremely dour, and Hellen, an American funny girl. To make things more fun, there are other two women living with them. The first one is Carmela, Joe's sister, who reaches her brother with the hope to see him realized both in his sentimental and working life. The second woman is Dudu's mother, who moves to New York to visit her son.

"What we want to rappresent is a world made of very different people living together in harmony. Of course, this is a comic show, but it also has a moral. Everyone must face this world, from the pizza boy to the dancer".

On stage you will see Colajemma, who performs the main character, and his acting company: Lucia Coppola, Federica Antonacci, Luca Mastrolitti, Maria Schina and Vittoria Amore. Scenic set up by Gianmarco Venanzio Colajemma.
