"Clean House New York" is set to transform the Big Apple's messiest dwelling disasters into warm and welcoming oases amidst the hustle and bustle of America's largest city. The series will be dusting off the city that never sleeps and performing makeover miracles one apartment, condo, co-op, brownstone and walk-up at a time. To lead the charge and combat the Boroughs' untidy burrows, Style introduces two top New York designers, Nina Ferrer and Michael Moeller, to host the series. Currently in production, 10 one-hour episodes will premiere in October on Style.

Bringing their high-end design experience and keen eye for detail, New York natives Nina and Michael are intimately familiar with the unique challenges that homeowners face. Former competitors on season five of HGTV's "Design Star," the two hosts have become good friends and their fun banter helps put a family at ease as their home undergoes a dramatic - and much needed - transformation. Skilled and savy appraiser Elyse and world-renowned auctioneer Duncan Schieb help Nina and Michael get the job done and together, this fiercesome foursome are ready to take on the most monstrous clutter catastrophes New York has to offer.

MEET THE "CLEAN HOUSE NEW YORK" CREW:

Nina Ferrer: Born and raised in Brooklyn, Nina is a "New York gal" through and through. She attended the Pratt Institute where she studied architecture, interior design, painting and photography then launched a successful career designing luxury homes for A-list clients and new retail stores for such companies as Anthropology and Polo Ralph Lauren. Nina's stunning designs earned her a coveted spot on "Design Star." With her no-nonsense attitude, Nina calls it like she sees it and empowers "Clean House New York" families to take control of the chaos in their homes. Diligently working to renovate the cluttered mess, she creates a home that the owners will take pride in.

Michael Moeller: Michael hails from upstate New York and received his BFA from the New England School of Art and Design. With over 10 years of impressive design experience working for NYC's top design firms, Michael finished second on season five of "Design Star." Michael's sarcastic, dry wit helps diffuse tension in the house when the disarray and disorder seem overwhelming. After getting to know the "Clean House New York" families, he expertly chooses the best pieces to design a home that incorporates their character and spirit.

Elyse Luray: One of the nation's top appraisers, Elyse Luray is incredibly knowledgeable about what items are gems and what is junk. With a degree in art history from Newcomb College, Elyse worked for 11 years at the world-renowned Christie's auction house and has appeared on PBS, CBS, HISTORY and is a contributor on The Nate Berkus show, offering her expert advice. Elyse's skills are an integral part of the "Clean House New York" process as she determines what items are of value for sale or to keep - which often leads to a confrontation with an outraged homeowner who strongly believes that their "precious heirloom" is not worthless.

Duncan Schieb: An Australian native, Duncan Schieb is a world traveler, having lived in the UK, Hong Kong and New York City. At age 12, Duncan discovered he had a gift for calling live auctions when he helped out with his father's cattle trading and real estate business. Since then, he has called more than 8,000 auctions all around the world, selling everything from real estate to fine art, jewelry, autos and antiques. His passion is creating an auction extravaganza as every dollar made goes back into the design.

"Clean House New York" is produced by True Entertainment. The executive producers are Glenda Hersh, Steven Weinstock, Stephanya Bareham and Kim McKoy.
