Sheldon Harnick, Carolee Carmello, Eden Espinosa and More Set for ADL's BROADWAY: SIDE BY SIDE AGAINST HATE Today

The New York Region of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) will honor three outstanding leaders in Broadway entertainment at its celebration The Anti-Defamation League and Broadway: Side by Side Against Hate for 100 Years tonight, Nov. 25, with special guest Comedian Paul Rodriguez and produced by Carol Ostrow, ADL board member.
The celebration, commemorating ADL's 100 years of achievement with a showcase of Broadway spectaculars, will be held at the Hudson Theatre. Awards will be presented to three individuals who have exemplified ADL ideals through theatric excellence.
"We're honoring three of Broadway's bright lights - people who have made a commitment to promote ADL's mission of fighting hate through their lives and work," said Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director and a presenter at the event. "We are honored to pay our respects to these magnificent individuals."The honorees are: Distinguished Leadership Award: Harriet Newman Leve, three-time Tony Award winning producer of War Horse, La Cage Aux Folles, and The Norman Conquests Lifetime Achievement Award: Sheldon Harnick, legendary Broadway lyricist of Fiddler on the Roof, The Body Beautiful, and The Rothschilds Future Broadway Award: Adam Blanshay, producer of Woody Allen's Bullets Over Broadway and Kinky Boots
