Last night was the live finally of NBC's BIGGEST LOSER.  At the start of the reveal, host Alison Sweeney called the Final Three to the stage. Dr. H offered some stats. Each of the contestants had severe fatty hepatitis to start off with - they shrunk their livers tremendously. Ramon and John have gotten rid of their diabetes. And lastly, the three set a finale record for lowest body fat ratio - 15% - that's pro-athlete level. And as a group, they've gained 54 years. Alison offered John the opportunity to choose the order in which they'll weigh in, and he picked Ramon to go first.

Ramon offered a last thought about his journey - and he thanked Dolvett, who helped him change his life. Ramon started his journey at 355 pounds, and weighted in at 201, with a total loss of 154 at 43.38%. It was the number to beat. Antone was up next, and he had to lose more than 193 pounds. His starting weight was 447 pounds. He's lost 202 at 45.19%.  Antone's was now on top, as John climbied onto the scale. When Antone and John started on the show, they were only two pounds apart. Now John had to lose more than 201 pounds to win it all. Starting at 445 pounds, John's current weight was 225. He's lost 220 pounds and was Season 12's Biggest Loser!
