On Wednesday night's episode of Bravo's TOP CHEF TEXAS entitled, 'Bike, Borrow & Steal', the chefs were set loose in downtown San Antonio with a bike and $100 a la 'Pee-wee's Big Adventure.' Grayson Schmitz was the latest chef to be eliminated from the competition.

In this week's Quickfire, Pee-Wee Herman stopped by and the chefs were tasked to create his favorite breakfast dish -pancakes! But this isn't any old pancake. The chefs were challenged to be as creative as possible when making their batter, toppings, and presentation. In Pee-wee's Big Adventure, Pee-wee learned a lot about searching the streets and asking for help. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs were set loose in downtown San Antonio with a bike and $100, where they had to find their ingredients and create a dish for Pee-wee's dinner party. Pee-Wee Herman joined Gail Simmons, head judge Tom Colicchio, and host Padma Lakshmi at Judges' Table.

For the first-time ever, season nine of TOP CHEF boasted a record 29 chefs - almost double the amount of chefs in season's past. Only 16 went on to compete across the Lone Star State - in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio. In what will prove to be the most challenging season yet, some of the biggest names in food, music, and entertainment including Charlize Theron, Pee-Wee Herman, Cat Cora, John Besh, Tim Love, Patti LaBelle will be featured this season on Top Chef: Texas. Returning to the Judges' Table is host Padma Lakshmi and head judge, chef Tom Colicchio, alongside judges Gail Simmons and new this season, famed chef and restaurateur Emeril Lagasse and critically-acclaimed chef Hugh Acheson.
