Photo Flash: SATIN, RAIN AND MARIGOLDS Comes to Planet Connections Theatre Festivity

Planet Connections Theatre Festivity maintained a thriving intern program for its 2017 Summer Festivity. At the culmination of the festival, the interns become members of the season, presenting a play written, produced and performed by them and performed as part of the festival.

"Satin, Rain and Marigolds," a new play about women in different phases of life and how their lives change when their paths cross. "Satin, Rain and Marigolds" featured PCTF's all-female group of interns - Eloise Carter Walne, Sara Murphy, Danielle Boss, Laura Mesrobian, and Alexa Elmy. Directed by Mary Greene with playwright, Sara Ramsawak connecting the ambitious youth's ideas.

The Planet Connections Festivity is New York's premiere socially-conscious arts festival. The Festivity is designed to invoke the power of art in motivating philanthropy, community outreach and social change.
