On Tuesday September 22nd 2008 actress Bebe Neuwirth caught a performance of [title of show]. After the show she stopped backstage to visit the cast and crew.

[title of show] -- the original new musical that began previews on July 5 and opened at the Lyceum Theatre (149 W. 45 St.) on July 17 -- will conclude its critically acclaimed run at the Lyceum on October 12, it has been announced by the show's producers.

The musical will have played 13 previews and 102 performances when it concludes its Lyceum engagement on October 12.

Written by Jeff Bowen and Hunter Bell, and directed by Michael Berresse, [title of show] stars an exceptionally talented cast featuring Hunter Bell, Susan Blackwell, Heidi Blickenstaff and Jeff Bowen. Courtney Balan and Benjamin Howes are stand-bys. Larry Pressgrove is the musical director.

Bebe Neuwirth won the Tony, Drama Desk and Astaire Awards for the role of “Velma” in the smash hit Broadway revival of Chicago. She also received a Tony Award for her role as “Nickie” in Sweet Charity. Her other Broadway credits include Fosse, Damn Yankees, Dancin’, Little Me, and A Chorus Line.  Ms. Neuwirth's  work in film includes How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days, Liberty Heights, Summer of Sam, Celebrity, Jumanji, Green Card, The Paint Job, Bugsy, and Tadpole, among others. On television she is well known for her role of “Lilith Sternin” on “Cheers” and “Frasier,” for which she won two Emmy Awards. Other television appearances include her Emmy nominated portrayal of Dorothy Parker in “Dash and Lily” and guest work on “Star Trek, the Next Generation,” “Hack” and NBC’s “Law and Order: Trial by Jury.”

[title of show] performs Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00pm; Saturdays at 3:00pm & 8:00pm; and Sundays at 3:00pm & 7:30pm (Wednesdays are dark) at the Lyceum Theatre (149 West 45th Street) on Broadway. Tickets are priced $101.50 - $51.50 - 26.50 to all performances, excluding Saturday matinee and evening performances which are priced $111.50 - $61.50 - 36.50, and are available at the Lyceum Theatre Box Office or via Tele-charge at 212-239-6200, or on-line at www.telecharge.com.
