Mornington Players Hold Auditions for CHARLIE BROWN, 8/28 & 8/30
The Mornington Players will be holding auditions for the musical You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown (Revised 1999 version) on Saturday August 28th from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and on Monday August 30th from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M.
The show will be staged & musically directed by Madeline Meister and choreographed by Jimmy Biernatowski. All parts are available and non-paid.
Please come with a photo and resume' as well as sheet music with 32 measures of an appropriate song in the style of the show. Piano accompaniment will be provided. You may also be asked to dance.
The show will run for a total of six performances over two weekends, November 12th to the 21st. Showtimes are Fridays & Saturdays at 8:00 P.M., and Sundays at 2:00 P.M. Character list and vocal range listed below.
Sally Brown - low A to High C
Lucy Van Pelt - low G to G above staff
Snoopy - low A to A above staff
Schroeder - low A to A-flat above staff
Charlie Brown - low A to F at top of staff
Linus Van Pelt - low A to F-sharp at top of staff
Additional chorus roles may be added.
The Mornington Players is a theatre company in residence at the Dundalk United Methodist Church in Baltimore. Performances are held in the Fellowship Hall Little Theatre. Entrance is located at the corner of Mornington and Dunmore Roads.
