An array of stars will help to bring fun and games to needy children this Christmas by perfoming in Broadway Sings for Toys: A Benefit for Toys for Tots. The 8 PM evening will be held on December 12th at Prohibition (503 Columbus Avenue, between 84th and 85th Streets).

Broadway Sings for Toys, which will be hosted by the Broadway Boys (Tyler Maynard, Jesse Nager, Lucas Steele, David Larsen and Daniel Torres), will feature performances by Andrew Lippa, Julia Murney, Mandy Gonzalez, Michael McElroy, Shayna Steele, Capathia Jenkins, Tituss Burgess, Jenny Fellner, Lauren Molina, Alex Gemignani, Michael Longoria, Marty Thomas, Anthony Galde, Schele Williams and The Broadway Boys.

Founded in 1947, "The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program's mission is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted," according to the program's website.

Admission to Broadway Sings for Toys is $15 (in cash), plus a new, unwrapped toy or article of clothing. Those who purchase $40 tickets (in cash), however, do not need to bring a toy. To reserve seats, e-mail name, phone number and number and type of seats to TheBroadwayBoys@gmail.com.
