Latin American Arts Festival Held at AMNH 3/19

Global Weekends: Latin American Arts Festival- This family-friendly event will highlight creative art forms throughout Latin American cultures.

Vibrant music and dance performances, interactive workshops, and multimedia art displays will introduce audiences to this region's unique cultural heritage. Highlights include Aztec dancers, mariachi and Andean music performances, poetry, storytelling, instrument-making workshops, and a chance to meet contemporary artists in the Museum's cultural halls.

This program is co-presented with Mano a Mano: MexicanCulture Without Borders/Cultura Mexicana Sin Fronteras; Media Noche/PR Dream; Latinos NYC; La Diva Latina Magazine; and ABYAYALA Arte y Cultura.

WHERE American Museum of Natural History, Central Park West at 79th Street
Halls of Mexico and Central and South America, second floor

ADMISSION All performances and activities are free with Museum admission. Suggested admission to the Museum is $16 for adults, $12 for students and seniors, and $9 for children.
