This is an original dance performance to be held at the Jamaica Performing Arts Center and United Nations(Guan Gong's 1856th Birthday Anniversary. World Guan Gong Community Global Grand Opening Celebration)and is hosted by UCT International Culture Development Inc.The show tells the story of a historical hero from the three kingdoms period in China: the great general Guan Gong. Popra Nakayama (Off Broadway musicals "Beauty and the Beast," "Cinderella," "Sleepy Hollow" and the musical Omotenashi Journey at Carnegie Hall) has created this dance performance based on jazz and theatre dance and influenced by Kung fu and fan dance and will also appear onstage as a dancer/model.
