Project Shaw returns in November with George Bernard Shaw's first play Widowers' Houses on Monday, November 19 at 7PM at The Players (16 Gramercy Park South). Tickets ($15) are on-sale now at 212-352-3101 or www.ProjectShaw.com.

The cast of Widowers' Houses includes Jeremy Webb (Dr. Harry Trench), Barrett Foa (Cockane), Fritz Weaver (Sartorius), Kathy Brier (Blanch), Sarah Moon (Annie), Lenny Wolpe (Lickcheese), Adam Feldman (Narrator), with Jeremy McCarter as host. Produced and directed by David Staller.

"Written and set in 1892, Widowers' Houses is a hilarious yet scathing look at the ethics of making money. When a young doctor learns that his future father-in-law has earned his wealth by renting slum housing to the poor, the doctor refuses the dowry that awaits him. But he must reconsider when he discovers alarming news about the source of his own income," state press notes. Don't miss this rare opportunity to see George Bernard Shaw's first play - the one that launched his career as one of the wittiest and most widely produced writers of his generation.

Remember to join us on Monday December 17 for Pygmalion.  Tickets on sale December 1.
