Everyday Inferno Theatre Company presents Fifth Annual IF ON A WINTER'S NIGHT

Everyday Inferno Theatre Company is thrilled to kick off their 2018 season with the fifth annual If on a Winter's Night, an evening of staged readings directed by women. This one-night-only event features five exciting plays connected by the theme "Going Home." Everyday Inferno will once again partner with RACKET to collect menstrual hygiene products before and after the performance, for donation to vulnerable communities.

The staged readings will include Barbed-Wire Minute by Krista Knight, directed by Abigail Hirsch; CowGirls, written by Mildred Inez Lewis and directed by Heather Lanza; Edgar Allen Roach written by EITC Company Collaborator Malloree Delayne Hill, and directed by S. Dylan Zwickel; harold eventually reconciles with his sister in one second, by Jason Pizzarello, writer of Bethel Park Falls, to be presented by EITC in August 2018 at Summit Rock in Central Park, and directed by Daniella Caggiano; and Seven Violet Marbles, written by Jaclyn Grogan, and directed by EITC Producing Director and Co-Founder Katherine Sommer.

The evening will also feature a raffle to support Everyday Inferno's 2018 season, filled with a variety of terrific prizes! Raffle tickets will be available as $5 for 1, $20 for 10, or FIVE FOR FREE with a donation of menstrual hygiene products to RACKET. Suggested donations include maxi pads (ultra-thin and super absorbent) and tampons (regular, super, and mixed packs).

RACKET (http://www.weracket.com/) aims to redefine menstrual hygiene products as essential; to provide access to these products; and to encourage an open dialogue about menstruation, thereby transforming a historically taboo subject into one that connects communities.

EVERYDAY INFERNO THEATRE COMPANY creates adventurous theatrical productions of new or rarely produced texts that tell women's stories in a unique, entertaining, and accessible manner. We exceed the limitations of low-budget theatre by exploring nontraditional spaces, stagecraft, and storytelling. We are committed to developing a diverse audience by producing work that is large in scope while keeping our production costs (and ticket prices) at a minimum. Through our work, we prove that stories focused on women can be universally enjoyable and relatable.

Tickets may be purchased in advance (and we highly suggest you do so!) at https://wintersnight2018.brownpapertickets.com/.
