ELF THE MUSICAL Unveils Biggest Rice Krispies Sculpture in The Big Apple Today

ELF The Musical 'treats' New York City like never before - with the biggest Rice Krispies sculpture!

Today, October 25 at 11:00 A.M., join Buddy the Elf, along with 95.5 PLJ on-air host Race Taylor and the Institute of Culinary Education at Madison Square Garden in Chase Square as they unveil a larger than life ten-foot sculpture of Buddy the Elf made out of Rice Krispies treats, in honor of his anticipated return to New York City this holiday season in this beloved theatrical production.

To celebrate the season of giving and Buddy's love for sugar, the production has teamed up with the Institute of Culinary Education, whose chefs created the original design and built the sculpture in nearly 500 hours. Together with the Garden of Dreams Foundation, they will donate this enormous treat to the NYC Department of Homeless Services, a partner organization of the Garden of Dreams Foundation. The Garden of Dreams Foundation is a non-profit charity that works with The Madison Square Garden Company and MSG Networks, Inc. to positively impact the lives of children facing obstacles.

ELF The Musical is the hilarious tale of Buddy, a young orphan child who mistakenly crawls into Santa's bag of gifts and is transported back to the North Pole. Unaware that he is actually human, Buddy's enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa's permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father, discover his true identity and help New Yorkers connect with their inner elf.
