The American Theatre Wing and XM Satellite Radio will present an interview with Donna McKechnie on their weekly theatrical interview show "Downstage Center" on XM's On Broadway channel number 28.

McKechnie will appear as the special guest on Friday, October 13th at 6 PM. The show will repeat on Saturday, October 14th at noon, Sunday, October 15th at 7 PM, and Wednesday, October 18th at midnight. All times are EST.

McKechnie portrayed Cassie in Michael Bennett's original and highly acclaimed production of A Chorus Line. She recently returned from London after a successful out-of-town engagement of her cabaret show Gypsy in My Soul.

In early September, McKechnie released a memoir entitled Time Steps: My Musical Comedy Life, which includes affectionate reminiscences of Bob Fosse, Gwen Verdon, Stephen Sondheim, Fred Astaire, and many other well-known friends.

McKechnie's additional Broadway credits include How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, On the Town, Promises, Promises, Company, and State Fair.

Following the program's initial run on XM, each program is made available for free, on-demand and internationally at ATW's website: www.americantheatrewing.org.  Visit www.xmradio.com for more on XM Satellite Radio.
