Dick Zigun's State of Coney Island Address To Be Held 8/26

Dick Zigun, the Permanently UnelecTed Mayor of Coney Island, will deliver his annual STATE OF CONEY ISLAND ADDRESS wisecracking about the 2011 state of affairs at America's Playground.

Part performance-art, part playful people's politics, Zigun's annual address is know for self promotional humor, as well as witty insights into behind the scenes gossip at the poor man's Rivera.

This year, Zigun's address will include a Report Card on everything Coney Island... even though the developer Thor Equities has mainly bad grades, Zigun will reveal why they deserve one surprising A+... even though the exciting new amusements at Luna Park receive the highest overall marks, Zigun will take them to task for one amusing C-almost- failing grade in one overlooked subject...

Zigun's State of Coney Island Address will be delivered live at the Coney Island Museum, 1208 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY on FRIDAY, AUGUST 26, 8PM.

The General Public is welcome to attend for $5 (absolutely FREE FOR CONEY ISLAND USA MEMBERS) A brief Question and Answer session will take place immediately after the speech.
