CHRYSALIS to Make Radio Debut, 3/9

Chrysalis, a one-act play by emerging playwright Susan Hodara, will be making its radio broadcast debut on Friday, March 9 at 7 p.m. on New York station WBAI (99.5 FM) as part of their celebration of International Working Women's Day (IWWD). The play is produced by Two From the Aisle Productions, LLC, a theatrical Production Company co-founded by Susan Hodara and her partner, and husband, Scott Rosenblum.

Chrysalis will be part of WBAI’s celebration of International Working Women's Day, which starts Thursday March 8th at 12:01AM and runs until Friday March 9th at 11:55 PM. The two-day broadcast of programs, produced by women, will feature women's lives, women's perspectives, and women's issues, including a focus on politics, health, spoken word, poetry, plays and song.

George was a former Astronomy professor. The play begins the day after his retirement. In the winter of their life together, Millie and George Realize that they never got to know one another. Husband and wife consider the marital vows they'd made so long ago...

"Susan’s plays tackle a range of complex emotions and situations that reflect the nuances of the human condition,” said Scott Rosenblum, producer and co-founder of Two From the Aisle Productions. "Two From the Aisle Productions is proud to have ‘Chrysalis’ make its radio debut on WBAI as a part of its celebration of International Working Women’s Day.
