The 2nd Annual Broadway Purim Shpiel will feature Broadway talents--of various religious backgrounds--performing on Monday, March 13 at 7 PM at the Hudson Theatre (141 West 44th Street).

David Burnham, Mary Faber, Bryan Fogel, Judy Gold, Darius de Haas, Jackie Hoffman, Sara Kramer, Jose Llana, Euan Morton, Seth Rudetsky, and Sam Wolfson will be among those taking part in the evening, which will be sponsored by the National Entertainment Fund for the Cultural Arts with funds to benefit the Taglit-birthright israel program. The program "provides the gift of first time, peer group, educational trips to Israel for Jewish young adults ages 18 to 26," according to its website.

The 2nd Annual Broadway Purim Shpiel will feature the stars enacting the story of Purim, in which Queen Esther delivers the Persian Jews from the evil Haman, who plans to kill them.
