Black, MacLaine Want to Bring BERNIE to Broadway

According to IMDB, film star Jack Black wants to take his new movie to Broaway with his co-star Shirley MacLaine. The new movie is tentatively called 'Bernie and is about 'a mortician from Texas who strikes up a friendship with a wealthy widow. When he kills her, he goes to great lengths to create the illusion that she's alive.'
Black shared with WENN, "It's a Harold and Maude story but a twisted dark version and Shirley MacLaine is a legend in all of her glory.
"She was saying that she could definitely see that movie becoming a Broadway musical. I thought that would be an amazing thing to be on Broadway with Maclaine! I would work together again with her in an instant because I thought we made some magic."
