Barnes & Noble to Host Patti LuPone, Elaine Paige, Christine Ebersole et al. in Sept.

British theater veteran Elaine Paige, Tony Award Winner Christine Ebersole and Patti LuPone are just some of the Broadway stars that are set to make appearances at Barnes and Noble. The casts of ENTER LAUGHING and the musical SEUSSICAL will also appear at the Lincoln Triangle Barnes and Noble next month.

LuPone will be discussing her career and new memoir on Sept. 16. The star of musicals like EVITA and GYPSY will perform a couple of songs as well.

The leads from ENTER LAUGHING will perform a half hour of highlights from the show on Sept. 21 to celebrate the release of their new album. 

On Sept. 22, Paige, the star of a number of West End and Broadway musicals (including CATS and SUNSET BOULEVARD) will discuss her life and career with columnist Peter Filicia. The following day, Tony Award winner Christine Ebersole will offer highlights from her brand new album Christine Ebersole Sings Noel Coward.

ASCAP Director of Musical Theatre Michael A. Kerker will discuss why artists write about personal tragedies and triumphs on Sept. 28.

On Sept. 29, theater soprano Glory Crampton will perform some of her favorites from the West End and Broadway. 

In celebration of a new CD on Jay Records, Theatreworks U.S.A offers highlights from SEUSSICAL on Sept. 30. Tony-nominated director Marcia Milgrom Dodge as well as the creators (Tony winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty) will be present.
