In the month of November, Olga will be presenting "of water and laurel" in Argentina. For live presentations Olga Román has chosen the same acoustic line-up of disk, with the objective of preserving the environment and the nuances of the original arrangements and sonority of the recording.

"We wanted to move this to the scenario working with the same basic sounds on the disk: percussion, a bass and a guitar that represent Earth, the vastness of the landscape and how simple, and at the same time complex, everyday stories."

In this repertoire we can find some of the classic songs that have made large Cuchi Leguizamón, as the sandy, the laurel, the pomena, Zamba or Zamba of Carnival. And other, perhaps less known but also beautiful, as love letters that are burned or singer of Yala.

The Cuchi "knew how to surround yourself with magnificent lyricists when he himself did not write the letters. They are wonderful and I am fascinated by the stories of real people who wrote Manuel Castilla as the Eulogia Tapia's, La Pomena; Don Juan Riera, John Baker, or Santa Leoncia, singer of Yala. Excites me the delicacy and the sadness of cry or love letters that are burned (great discovery, this song), simplicity and descriptive letters as Zamba of Carnival, Goblin Carnavalito or Juan de Monte and the power of nature in Zamba of Laurel or the sandy. The excellence of these letters further enhances the greatness of the compositions of the Cuchi.
We have not really had to choose the Repertoire of this disc. The songs were coming one at a claiming place that corresponded them. The difficult thing was having to leave out many others that feel the same admiration."
