From tonight, Sunday April 22, EN TREN DE SONAR, a new play by Eduardo Rovner, author of many successful works of Argentine theater, opens at the Teatro SHA under the direction of Corina Fiorillo, winner of the 2011 ACE Award for Best Direction of theater. The show stars Luis Gasloli, Alejo Mango, Violeta Zorrilla and more.

Two characters in a dream are invited to travel to one of the dreams of the dreamer. One is Giácommo Casanova and the other Louis Armstrong. They take a train from a mysterious platform to the dreams. Everyone wants to leave, and so, as the train never comes, situations unravel that combine music, poetry, women, and a crazy dream world, full of the atmosphere of creation itself.

The work attempts to investigate the independence of the characters in the creative process, as in dreams, and the futile attempts of the creators/master dreamers.

Set design and production: Juliet Risso. Costume Design: Juliet and Mariana Perez Cigoj Risso. Making costumes: Elizabeth Caneto, Maria Belen Dominguez, Mariana P Belen Cigoj Güimil and Designs. Makeup: Marcela Aranda. Lighting: Soledad Ianni. Music: Ronny Keselman. Choreography and physical training on the scene: Mecha Fernandez. Training trumpet Rolando Vismara.

The show plays Sundays at 19h. Tickets cost $60 and can be purchased at the theater box office or by calling PLATEANET at 5236-3000, or visiting www.plateanet.com. EN TREN DE SONAR runs Mon to Sat 11 to 21h and Sun 14 to 20hs.
