Vortex Theatre presents GREATER TUNA This Summer
Join the Vortex as we visit the third smallest town in Texas , Greater Tuna. Twenty-one characters will be played by two amazing actors, Shawn Boyd (Stage Kiss, Terra Nova) and Brennan Foster (The Iceman Cometh, Terra Nova) and directed by Marc Comstock.
Mr. Comstock has worked as an actor and director in Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles and now New Mexico. Most recently he co-produced and acted in the short film "Second Hand Sunset," winner of the Albuquerque 48 hour Film Fest. He said, " While the show is set in a small town, the issues of family and the human condition are universal. The 21 characters we see may live in a small town, but you will be able to relate to them no matter the size of the town or city you live in.
Show & Ticket Info: Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm, and Sundays at 2 pm. Tickets are $22 for general admission, $19 for ATG members and $15 for students. Reservations and ticket purchases can be made online at www.vortexabq.org or by calling 505-247-8600.
