In the Theater of Chacao, continues the saga inspired by three great works of the Italian Renaissance . The Italian Institute of Culture, the Civil Partnership and LAH Italics have 400 SAND BAGS Sciamanna Luigi .
In August 1943, during World War II , the Allies downloaded the city of Milan , Italy, fierce in order to weaken the fascist regime of Benito Mussolini bombing . A religious group , was given the task of collecting a total of sandbags to cover the wall of the convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie where the world famous Da Vinci representation made ??supper of Jesus Christ with the Apostles in which the Messiah would announce them to be delivered . Thanks to the sacks , the work resisted the bombardment.
The actresses who perform these religious completed a brilliant theatrical poster. Commanded by the great actress Elba Escobar, in the role of Mother Superior , follow a flowery bouquet of voices and talents : Isabel Palacios, Mariaca Sempriin , Elizabeth Quintanales , Sara Catarine , Zaira Castro , Andrea Imaginary, Marval and Mariana Delgado novice Níobys Alicia Vivas , Constanza Garcia and Sara Alvarado.
The action takes place in the convent, in the last 24 hours before the bombing takes place. While closing the sisters pray , silent , eat and carry bags , live sing a selection of the most beautiful Gregorian chants led by Maestra Isabel Palacios.
But the convent has managed to get a man, a soldier, who fixed their attention on one of the sisters . This soldier is Martin Peyrou.
The production team again be captained by experienced Marisela " Coco " Seijas . Production assistance is Victor Vivas. Executive Produced by Andrea Miartus and Sciamanna own . In Graphic Design is Simonette Antoni . The catering service is run by Edison Spinetti . The costumes are the recognized Raquel Rios, who has participated as a designer and director in the three series of theatrical productions . The scenery is of Ricardo Morales , one of the leading designers of the Caracas theater scene and with this piece joins the project . The production team is headed by Jesus Rojas, followed by Marisela Seijas , Abraham Maldonado Rosales , Victor Vivas, Eleazar Viani and Mercedes " Meche " Barrios. The design of the soundtrack is entrusted to Santiago Castillo.
Luigi Sciamanna writes, directs and designs the staging.
The appointment is then in Chacao Theatre, beginning Friday January 31 , for only three weekends through Sunday February 16. On Friday at 8 pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 5pm .
