On August 22nd from 2PM to 4:30PM in New York City, Robert Peterpaul Productions produced a special 'Musical Theatre Audition Technique Class with Marissa Perry.' The event was a part of RPP's 'Personable', a series of workshops that aims to assist aspiring talent in honing their craft and polishing their audition skills.

Lea Salonga, the singing voice of Jasmine in the iconic ALADDIN film took a magic carpet ride to Broadway for a night to visit Aladdin himself - Adam Jacobs! Salonga provided the singing voice of two official Disney Princesses: Jasmine in Aladdin (1992), and Fa Mulan in Mulan (1998) and Mulan II (2004). She was named a Disney Legend in 2011 for her work with The Walt Disney Company. Most recently, she's toured with IL DIVO.

Through the month of September 2004, The New York Musical Theatre Festival will take place all across New York, from the theatre district in midtown Manhattan to the outer boroughs, celebrating the diversity, creativity and future of the musical.
