Black Button Eyes Productions will conclude its 2019-20 season of “Ghost Stories” with the Chicago premiere of WHISPER HOUSE, featuring music and lyrics by Duncan Sheik (Spring Awakening), book and additional lyrics by Kyle Jarrow (Spongebob Squarepants Musical), with direction by Artistic Director Ed Rutherford, music direction by Micky York and choreography by Derek Van Barham.

The Troubies continues its 25th Silver anniversary season (bringing Los Angeles audiences a quarter century of mayhem!), with their 18th annual holiday offering of A CHRISTMAS CAROLE KING adapted & directed by Matt Walker with musical direction by Derrick Finely, in which the soulful sounds of songstress Carole King are combined with one of the most enduring stories of our time, and the result is 'So Far Away' from what you'd expect! The nine cast members who play a multitude of characters and change costumes more frequently than seems humanly possible, are (in alphabetical order): Rick Batalla, Chelle Denton, Beth Kennedy, Janelle Lillian, Luis a?oeL.T.a?? Martinez, Mike Sulprizio, Cloie Wyatt Taylor, Matt Walker and David C. Wright. And you could not ask for a more talented, off-the-wall group of entertainers to bring this holiday laugh fest back every December to appreciative local audiences!

Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET), North Fulton's only professional theatre company, opens its 24th Season with the Southeastern premiere of Ghost The Musical at the Theatre's home in the Roswell Cultural Arts Center. Performances have limited run dates for three weeks only from September 15th  through October 2nd,  2016, Wednesdays through Sundays.  GET's Co-founder and Artistic Director Robert Farley will direct the production. Sponsor for this blockbuster show is longtime GET corporate partner, Macy's.

The Off-Broadway theatre company The Shelter - an ensemble of writers, directors, actors and designers developing original works for the stage - will present the world premiere of their newest work, GHOST LIGHT, a collection of six original short plays performed on a bare stage below a single light. Preview performances of GHOST LIGHT began February 21 prior to an official press opening of February 24 at the Gloria Maddox Theatre (151 West 26th Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001) in Manhattan. ICT artistic director caryn desai directs Leland Crooke, Cheryl David and Paige Lindsey White in the West Coast premiere of the Edgerton Foundation New American Plays Award-winning Ghost-Writer, an intimate spine-tingler from playwright Michael Hollinger (Opus). The world-premiere new play KING'S RIVER tells the intertwining stories of people living in a fictional small town in the American South, written by Andrew Rosenberg and Ean Miles Kessler and directed by David Delaney. Last Night, Tuesday 19 July, Ghost the Musical opened in the West End at the Piccadilly Theatre where guests included McFly, JLS, Kimberly Walsh, Rochelle Wiseman, Joe McElderry, Lord and Lady Archer, William Baker, Michael Ball, Karren Brady, James Dreyfus, Jennifer Ellison, Bob Geldof, Rupert Graves, Leanne Jones, Lorraine Kelly, Richard O'Brien, Arlene Phillips, Craig Revel Horwood, Frank Skinner, Denise Van Outen and Helen Worth.

The smash hit show challenged four people to spend over seven hours in coffins on the stage of one of London's oldest and most haunted theatres. Those who made it through the night without leaving their coffin would have the chance to win two flights to New York.
