BWW Reviews: Amanda McBroom Brings 'Strange Days' to The Metropolitan Room

It was appropriate that Amanda McBroom and Michele Brourman clasped each others hands in jubilation at the end of Amanda's cabaret show 'Strange Days'. It is not very often that I've heard such a unity exist between accompanist and vocalist. Michele was not just a supportive partner, her playing perfectly augmented the genius of Amanda McBroom. Of course both Amanda & Michele are both songwriters and they have an uncommonly warm collaboration which made it a truly magical evening. (more...)

The Adventures of Tintin is a capture 3D film based on The Adventures of Tintin, a series of comic books created by Belgian artist Hergé (Georges Remi). Directed by Steven Spielberg, produced by Sir Peter Jackson, and written by Steven Moffat, Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish, the script is based on three of the stories: The Crab with the Golden Claws, The Secret of the Unicorn, and Red Rackham's Treasure.
