Live theatre is officially back and Concord Theatricals is celebrating! 'There's No Business Like Show Business' is a digital celebration that launched just last month, marking the return of live theater and all of the incredible people who help to make it happen. The celebration coincides with the 75th anniversary of Irving Berlin's Annie Get Your Gun and its iconic showstopper 'There's No Business Like Show Business,' a song that has more resonance than ever this year.

Sotheby's auction of The Collection of Edward Albee totaled $12.5 million today in New York. Every work on offer was sold, denoting rare 'white glove' auction status, with three-quarters of all lots outstripping their high estimates. The full proceeds of the sale will benefit The Edward F. Roundabout Theatre Company's production of Machinal, starring Rebecca Hall, written by Sophie Treadwell and directed by Lyndsey Turner, began previews on December 20, 2013 ahead of an official opening on January 16, 2014 at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway. On January 17th, TCL (formerly Grauman's) Chinese Theatre presented a public screening of 'THE BIRDS' featuring a Q&A with cast co-stars Tippi Hedren and Veronica Cartwright. Hosted by Red Line Tour's owner, Tony Hoover, the screening celebrated the 50th anniversary of Hitchcock's Masterpiece released in January, 1963. Check out photos from the event below!
