The cast and staff of Brown Paper Box Co.'s summer production of Now. Here. This. was surprised on Friday, August 5 by the show's original creative team, collaborators, and stars. Jeff Bowen (music and lyrics), Tony Award nominee Hunter Bell (book), and original director and choreographer Michael Berresse caught the Chicago premiere of their work and met with Brown Paper Box Co.'s team and audience members following the performance. The show opened Saturday, July 23, and runs Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 PM, and Sundays at 2:00 PM through August 21 at Rivendell Theatre (5779 N. Ridge Avenue). This. opens Saturday, July 23, and runs Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 PM, and Sundays at 2:00 PM through August 21 at Rivendell Theatre in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood (5779 N. Ridge Avenue). A preview is scheduled for Friday, July 22, along with a special Monday night performance on July 25, both of which begin at 7:30 PM. George Street Playhouse presents Aaron Posner's MY NAME IS ASHER LEV, which runs now through May 1 at the New Brunswick theatre. Miles G. Jackson (4000 Miles) portrays the titular Jewish artist Asher Lev, who must be a painter despite his faith and the will of his family. Bob Ari (Frost/Nixon, GSP's Red) and Lena Kaminsky (Law & Order, GSP's The Pillowman) both return to George Street to round out the cast.
