FREUD'S LAST SESSION, the play by Mark St. Germain now in its second successful year in New York opened at the Mercury Theater (3745 N. Southport, Chicago) 'for a session,' making its Midwest premiere, running through June 3.

New York's smash hit play FREUD'S LAST SESSION opened its second foreign production on January 25th at the famed Multiteatro in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Under the title La Ultima Sesion de Freud, the play's South American debut stars Jorge Suarez as Sigmund Freud and Luis Machin as C. S. Lewis, under the direction of Daniel Veronese.
The Off Broadway Alliance, the organization of Off Broadway producers, theaters, general managers, press agents and marketing firms, presented the inaugural Off Broadway Alliance Awards Reception June 21, 2011 at Sardi's. Honorees were on hand to receive their awards and Romulus Linney, Ellen Stewart and Lanford Wilson were posthumously inducted into the Off Broadway Hall of Fame.
