War Horse on Stage Videos - Broadway

On Saturday, August 4, 2012, Civic Center Members in Des Moines were treated to an exclusive visit from 'Joey,' the star of WAR HORSE. More than 125 were in line at 6 a.m. to take advantage of early purchasing and watched 'Joey' make several appearances to cheering crowds. Watch the videos below!

The National Tour of War Horse launches with the West Coast premiere at the CTG/Ahmanson Theatre on June 13 (opening is scheduled for Friday, June 22 at 8 p.m.) and continues in Los Angeles through July 29, 2012. He's soon caught up in enemy fire, and fate takes him on an extraordinary odyssey, serving on both sides before finding himself alone in no man's land. But Albert cannot forget Joey and, still not old enough to enlist, he embarks on a treacherous mission to find him and bring him home.

WAR HORSE, the hugely acclaimed, award-winning production based on Michael Morpurgo's novel, adapted by Nick Stafford, opened at the New London Theatre on Friday April 3rd, due to overwhelming demand. The West End run followed the production's second sell-out season at the National Theatre which finished on 18 March.
